About Intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course (Intermediate to Advanced Level)
ThisCourse is for yoga practitioners interested in growing their knowledge of Hatha yoga and developing their techniques in executing various Hatha yoga poses. The course is divided into 3 levels, each of which focuses on basic and intermediate poses, their possible modifications and variations, and teaching and demonstration techniques.
The aim of the course is to challenge practitioners to advance in their practice by exploring the limits of their body and overcoming them, as well as to develop their knowledge of the body in order to better understand every joint and muscle nuance in the poses. By the end of the course, participants shall be able to demonstrate the wide range of Hatha yoga poses, explain their possible modifications and variations, and demonstrate the steps required to achieve the pose.
What do I learn from each level?
300hrs Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training – Levels 1, 2 & 3
This three‑level Advanced Hatha Yoga training is designed for serious practitioners and yoga teachers who want to deepen their personal practice and develop confident, professional teaching skills. Each level offers the same intensity, but focuses on different aspects of advanced Hatha yoga practice, alignment, and methodology.
Level 1 – Foundations of Advanced Hatha Yoga
Level 1 introduces the foundations of Hatha yoga, including its origins, philosophy, and traditional approaches from a committed practitioner’s perspective. You will study the basic anatomical details of key postures and learn how to apply safe alignment principles in your own practice.
This level also covers proper warm‑up and preparatory practices in detail, helping you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness step by step. By the end of Level 1, you will have a solid technical base to approach more demanding asanas safely and intelligently.
Level 2 – Deepening Practice, Variations and Modifications
Level 2 takes your practice deeper with a wide range of intermediate and advanced asana variations. You will explore different expressions of familiar poses and learn how to modify them according to individual needs, limitations, and goals.
Through progressive practice, you will refine your alignment, increase stamina, and understand how to work at your own edge without strain. This level is ideal for students who want to expand their asana vocabulary and experience the full potential of advanced Hatha yoga in a safe, guided way.
Level 3 – Teaching Techniques, Props and Advanced Sequencing
Level 3 focuses on teaching methodology and class design for advanced Hatha yoga. You will learn how to teach the postures covered in Levels 1 and 2, including effective cueing, observation skills, and how to offer clear adjustments and corrections.
This level also introduces Partner Yoga variations, the use of straps and other props, Chair Yoga applications, and the art of demonstrating advanced postures safely. You will practice sequencing full advanced Hatha yoga classes, structuring level‑based themes, and leading dynamic yet accessible classes for different student groups.
Become a Confident Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher
Across the three levels, you will study around 90 intermediate‑to‑advanced postures in depth, with careful, progressive guidance. You will understand not only how to practice these asanas, but also how to apply them in different contexts and teach them safely to others.
By the completion of Level 3, you will be fully prepared to step into the role of an Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher, able to design intelligent sequences, adapt to different student levels, and lead inspiring, well‑structured advanced Hatha yoga classes.
