Our daughter Divya has near sightedness and wears eye glasses. To prevent further deterioration and possibly eliminating the need for eye glasses, we turned to the Asana Andiappan Yoga Institute in Anna Nagar, Chennai during our vacation in India. In the ten days we had, she has been taught the basic yoga asanas and She was motivated and encouraged by the presence of other children who had come to the yoga centre to learn yoga.
We greatly thank you for teaching her patiently inspite of the language barrier. With regular practice, we hope she would not require glasses in the future.
