Master Vikram

Hailing from a family of Vedic scholars Master Vikram was introduced to yoga during his school days. He studied yoga under the direct supervision of Guruji Dr. Asana Andiappan for over 15 years. He conducts workshops on various topics including yoga therapy for ailments, yoga for corporate and meditation classes. He is also a chief trainer for various high-profile celebrities, police officers, and government officials.

He has also won numerous yoga awards in District, State, National, and International level yoga competitions, with other award titles including " Yoga Kalaimamani"  "Yoga Siromani" & "Yoga Aacharya".

Master Vikram's Yoga classes emphasise grounding the basics, being present in practice, awareness over alignment, gentle adjustments towards joyful and safe practice. Teaching his students to appreciate their bodies, he also encourages them to challenge their comfort zones in a safe and non-competitive way.

Vikram's classes are fun, conscious, mindful, and inspiring for the body, heart, and mind. The intention of his teaching is to allow students to embrace life, learn how to overcome obstacles, set good intentions, and feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each and every class.
