Yoga Classes

Our Yoga Centre  is located at Anna Nagar, Chennai. We offer regular yoga classes from Monday to Saturday and the timings of the class schedules are given below.

All the classes are taught under the watchful guidance of Guruji Dr.Asana Andiappan and his team of well experienced and qualified yoga masters.

Before joining our regular yoga classes all students are recommended  to undergo a general health assessment conducted by our yoga therapist.
