Our family is very athletic and do aerobic exercises routinely.
We wanted to increase our flexibility. By encouragement and recommendation by my brother Dr. K. Senthilnathan we joined these yoga classes.
We were in India only for 2 weeks. We came every day twice even on the weekends. Everyone was very nice and accomadated our needs and schedule. They also taught us almost all yoga positions in this short time.
We could feel the difference in our flexibility and we are planning to continue on our own.
Yoga has gained recognition and rapid growth in all developed countries including USA.
We appreciated the individual attention given by each and everyone.

I came to their classes just two weeks back. I suffered from low and upper back pain for the last 20 years. After one week only. I Felt a change like nothing before. After 10 classes, I can hardly feed any pain, and this is a chronic pain that the best doctors in L.A. told me : You better get used to it because it will walk with you for the rest of your life.
Their methods are so simple, they pay attention to details and they are extremely knowledge. Just ask them and they will come up with an exercise to your problem. The best I have ever experienced. |
