Experience in Yoga:

18 Years experience in yoga in under my Guru Asana R.Andiappan, (Sun TV Fame) professor of Yoga, who has written many books in Yoga.

Qualification in Yoga:

1. Successfully completed the Ph.d., in Yogic science in International Open university at Colombo in the year January 2000.
2. Successfully completed (D.N.Y.S.) the One - year Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science from the Govt. Recognized Institute in the year 1997.
3. Successfully completed the (D.Y.S.Ed) one year Diploma in yogic science and Education in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in the year 2003.

Achievements in State Level:

1. Won First Prize and Championship Prize in Tamil Nadu State Level Yoga Competition held at Thanjavur in the year 1981.
2. Won First Prize and Championship Prize in First Tami State Level Yoga Competition held at Madurai in the year 1988.
3. Won First Prize and Championship Prize in Second Tami State Level Yoga Competition held at Madurai in the year 1989.
4. Won First Prize and Championship Prize in Third Tami State Level Yoga Competition held at Madurai in the year 1990
5. Won Special Award in Forth Tamil Nadu State Level Yoga Competition held at Madurai in the year 1992.
6. Won First Prize and Compionship Prize in Yoga Teachers Level Competition held at Madurai in the year 2002.

Achievements in National Level:

1. Won First and Championship Prize in All India Yoga Competition held at Salem int year 1983.
2. Won First Prize in National Level Yoga Competition held at New Delhi in the year 1991.
3. Won First Prize and Championship Prize in National Level Yoga Competition held at Madurai in the year 1993.

Achievements in International Level:

1. Won Second Prize in International Level Yoga Competition held at Bangalore in the year 1993.
2. Given Special Demonstration of Yoga in International Yoga Festival held at Pondicherry in the year 1993.

Awards in Yoga:

1. Won the Best Yoga Master and Coacher Award in Tamil Nadu. Silver cup was given by Hon'ble Central Minster for Sports and Youth Welfare. Mr. Dhanushkodi Aditan, on August 1996.
2. Yoga Kalainmamani Award was given byHon'ble Tamil Nadu Minister for Headlth. Mr. Arcodu N.Veerasamy, on August 1996.

Professional Experience:

1. Working as Yoga Master in Chettinad Vidyashram, a reputed C.B.S.C. School in Chennai from 07.06.1993.
2. Given Yoga Training to various schools, colleges, Police training college, Tamil Nadu commando force, social welfare organization and soft ware companies.
3. Member & convenor in Inspection Commission in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli.

Publications in Yoga:

1. Published a book in Tamil namely 'NALVALVIRKANA YOGASANANGAL' in the year 2000.
2. Published a book in English namely 'SIMPLE YOGA FOR HEALTH' in the year 2003.
